In the late 1990's we managed a Cycle / Recycle service for Adults with Mental Health and or Learning Disabilities in the local community. This service was designed to help people with their Health and well-being. We taught cycle mechanics including servicing and repairs, as well as salvaging parts to be used on other cycle repairs.
